Brad Winters is an AV rated attorney and is listed in Best Lawyers® and Super Lawyers®. He is a 2014 Distinguished Alumni of the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and has tried lawsuits all over the country.

Before forming Sher Corwin Winters, Mr. Winters was a partner at global firm SNR Denton (formerly Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal) and at St. Louis-based Thompson Coburn.

Mr. Winters is experienced in a variety of commercial, patent, labor, construction, class action, product liability, land use and complex tort cases. He has substantial trial and counseling experience in a wide variety of personal injury actions involving orthopedic, repetitive trauma, closed head, pulmonary and hearing loss injuries. His product liability experience includes chemical exposure, elevator, consumer product, handgun, Utility Terrain Vehicle and asbestos cases. His patent and trademark cases include fiber-optic technology, consumer products, industrial equipment, virus vectors, automotive designs and furniture designs. Mr. Winters has tried cases to successful verdicts for THF Realty, The St. Louis Rams, Monsanto, the Union Pacific Railroad Company and many other companies, cities and individuals.

Mr. Winters is also an active and effective mediator and has helped parties settle cases of all kinds in Missouri, Colorado and California.

A frequent guest speaker at national conferences on legal ethics, trial practice and transportation litigation, he is also the author of numerous articles published in several legal and professional journals.
